Crudata is a combination between software and a dynamic website which enables you to keep track of students in a ministry. You are not limited to what someone else decides is important for you to keep track of. You can make custom forms in minutes which is immediately posted on the web all without any html coding. People can then use this custom form to register for a special event or to enter in contacts into the database or just to express their opinion. The form can be whatever you want because the form of the database is up to you and to you alone.

Another great feature of Crudata is the concept of subgroups. You can divide people into subgroups and keep people divided for use later for mass emailing, mail merging or printing. Need to remove someone from a subgroup, move him to another subgroup or copy him to another subgroup? All these are easy to accomplish with the move records tool in Crudata. With Crudata's powerful query tool, you can make lists based on criteria in the database and filter out the records you don't need. Once the filtered list is made, you can delete records at your convenience from the list without deleting them from the database. Do you want to save this filtered list? Do you need to do a mail merge for either snail mail or email? Crudata merges easily with Microsoft Office. You can send all manner of emails to your students through office. You can send to a filtered list, a subgroup or everyone. Need to send an email list or a phone list or even a phone/email list to everyone? Crudata writes the list for you and puts it in Office. Do you need to email someone other data? There is an option for sending custom data too.

Crudata also offers reporting information on its database. You can poll the database on how many students are freshmen, sophomores etc. You can poll how many are male, how many are female. Need to email it out? You can merge it into Word. From there you can send it to everyone on your list by merging to email or just to one person by using Word's send to function. Reporting can be especially useful when doing online polls. The reporting function can give you how many of each person selected each option in the opinion poll, the percentage of the total and, in the situation of tracking numbers, it can give an average.
